Mission Statement

The Collaborative prepares and supports youth and young adults to become confident, effective leaders and creates cultures that value and integrate the contributions of youth, thereby building stronger communities.
Vision
​
Our short-term goals are to develop the knowledge, skills, and connections that enable young people to be change agents.
​
Our long-term goals revolve around developing social justice leaders who will take their training into the nonprofit, public, and private sectors where they can influence what policies and decisions are made, and how programs and services are delivered, with an eye towards what is fair and just for all individuals.
Activities

Our activities are concentrated in three areas:
