Leader Corps

The UCC Leader Corps (LC) is a cohort of young-adult leaders, oftentimes former program participants, who are trained facilitators for our youth programs. LC participate in our Leadership Development Institute (LDI), an intensive summer training program, and then work alongside full-time program coordinators to facilitate our afterschool programs. Throughout the program LC receive professional development opportunities and workplace skills training particularly in project management, communication, and advocacy.​
